Proposal generation

Information needed to generate a proposal:

• Block diagrams, schematics and pertinent net names.  If a layout already exists, then Allegro/Pads/Mentor/Altium design files are needed.
• High Speed Serial Interfaces.  A description of the topology.  Example: "14 Gbps Infiniband FDR from Vendor A FPGA to Vendor B PHY through Vendor C connector".
• DDRx.  Datarate, Controller Device Vendor, Device Name, ibis model.  Memory vendor, ibis model and datasheet.  A description of the topology.  Example: "2400 MT/s DDR4 from Vendor A CPU to 2 Vendor B SDRAMs".
• Flash.  Datarate, Controller Device Vendor, Device Name, ibis model.  Flash vendor, ibis model and datasheet.  A description of the topology.  Example: "200 MHz Flash from Vendor A CPU to 2 Vendor B Devices".
• Power Integrity.  A list of the power planes that need to be analyzed.  Example: "P1_5V IR Drop and Impedance vs. Frequency" or "P1_0V IR Drop only".
